Developer will not expose data which you enter to other parties with the following exceptions:

• The service is hosted on servers provided by Heroku, a service which the developer has contracted for the purpose of hosting the system. Servers are physically located in the EU.
• We will, in the ordinary course of service, transmit data regarding emails to Mailgun, a service which Developer has contracted to provide outgoing email capabilities to You. Data transmitted to the Mailgun service is subject to their privacy policy.
• The service also makes use of GoSquared, which is used to monitor system usage (both volume and patterns), to maintain and improve quality of service.
• The system makes use of cookies for the express purpose of allowing you to sign in to the service.
• Developer will obey lawful instructions to disclose information issued by any competent jurisdiction.
• Developer will obey lawful instructions to disclose information, about any party which you record information about or contact, to their own persons, or their legal representatives, on proof to Developer's satisfaction about their identity. Developer will likewise correct or remove information on file about them at their request.

Amendments

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make material changes or changes in the way we use Personal Information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our Website or sending you an email prior to the change becoming effective. You are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when you use the Website after such changes have been first posted.
